Pet urine and feces stink! Also, stepping in dog poo is not cool. Besides the bad smell and stepping in it, dog poo can be harmful. Dog poo naturally contains the bacteria and if a dog is sick, the poo can contain parasites and viruses.
Our Poo Sanitation Engineers know how to pick up, clean, sanitize and dispose of the poo. We use the exact same cleaning and sanitation products that we use at Coolwag Daycare and Boarding Facility. We take disinfection and sanitation seriously. We use a mild eco-friendly system called Wysiwash which kills viruses and bacteria, deodorizes, and neutralizes mold on contact. We only need access to your Hose Bibb.
We come to your property for a one time event clean-up service or on a regularly scheduled weekly service. Ideal for busy families who love their dogs, but don't have enough time in the day to keep up with the yard. Keep your yard and property healthy and clean. Available for Home, Commercial Properties, Condo, Apartment Complexes, Municipal or Dog Parks. Fees range based on size of the property and start at $14.95 and can go up over $100+ for the full service.

YARD INSECT CONTROL
Natural Diatomaceous Earth (DE)
Tick, flea, spider and other little insect critter control, Coolwag uses all natural, food grade Diatomaceous Earth (DE) in our inside and outside yards. The diatoms are fossilized single celled algae that dehydrates and is abrasive to an insect's exoskeleton, causing them to dry out and die.
We use no chemical pesticides. Many people use it in their vegetable and flower gardens as well. Coolwag insect control service depends on the size of your yard, the price ranges from $39.95 (quarter acre) to $59.95 (1 acre).
Ask us about any special requirements - properly shutting and locking gates so your dog doesn't escape, working around your gardener's or lawn service schedule, etc. We should be able to accommodate your requests.
(*) When we encounter a lawn that has not been cleaned for an extended period of time (like there's a lot of poo!), an additional cleaning charge may be required before your regular weekly visit rate is applied. The fee structure is $2 per minute and billed in 15 minute increments.
Please be aware high grass, leaves, twigs and snow can impact the Poo Pick Up effectiveness. We can recommend a lawn service.
